I am a third grade teacher at Sargeant, and just wanted to thank you for all the books you sent our way. The third grade team was so excited to receive the books! We kept some for our classrooms, and were still able to send home 6 - 7 books with each third grader. The students were overjoyed yesterday when we gave them to books. I heard comments like "I got Magic Tree House - my favorite" and "I can't wait to read this book with my sister" and "Wait until my mom sees all the books I got!"
We appreciate your kindness. Please thank your staff as well. |

Beyond the Books: IC elementary teachers become students for a day (News Video)- My friend is the principal of the school where they did this news story. Some of his staff members became students for the day at their school to gain a new perspective on what their school is like for their students.
